1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You agree to immediately update your account information if any details change. 2. Account Security and Verification

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the 88jl1 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through 88jl1's internal complaints procedure. 11. Privacy and Data Protection

If your account is closed due to violations of these terms or fraudulent activity, you forfeit all rights to any balances, winnings, or bonuses in your account. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to pursue legal remedies for recovery of losses caused by your misconduct.
